We offer crossbow, muzzle loading rifle, and rifle exotic hunts throughout the year. The muzzleloader and rifle exotic hunts will average 100-to-200-yard shots depending on the terrain. Riverbend understands that everyone's preferred big game hunting weapons are different, so we want you to use whatever fulfills the challenge for you. Just let us know what your weapon of choice is, and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. A shooting range will be available to make sure your guns are sighted in when you arrive.

The recommended big game exotic hunting gear you should be bringing is as follows:

• A good camo for spot and stalk exotic hunting
• Black or darker upper clothing for ground blinds and box stands
• One weapon, possibly two in case of a failure in your primary weapon
• Minimum of forty rounds of ammunition (minimum caliber is .243)
• Comfortable pair of hunting boots
• Binoculars, 10x magnification or higher
• Range Finder
• Emergency rain poncho (always handy to have)
• A ThermaCell for September and early Spring hunts
• Good no scent soap and deodorant
• Wash clothing in a non-UV brightener and no-scent soap like “Sport Wash” available at Amazon and other fine stores.

The aoudad sheep are a large-bodied, horned species that make for an impressive trophy. Known for their keen senses and wariness, these animals provide one of the most challenging exotic hunts available. Their distinctive horns curve outward, backward, and then inward, while their tan coats and long, beard-like hair on the throat and neck add to their striking appearance.

Blackbuck antelope hunting in Oklahoma has surged in popularity due to the species' striking appearance and exciting hunting challenges. Blackbuck males, weighing between 50 to 70 pounds, are known for their unique coloration. A dominant male typically features a jet-black top half and a pure white underbelly, often referred to as the “Tuxedo” phase. These highly territorial animals engage in intense sparring matches, making it fascinating to observe them in the wild.
